COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY
Many people will experience difficult times where certain events, life changes or personal crises can have a detrimental effect on their ability to live a full and rewarding life. Through Counselling and Psychotherapy we will work with you to explore the difficulties facing you and support you through your personal journey. Our aim is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment in supporting you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, find new perspectives on your problems and assist you to develop the skills to make changes to your life and meet future challenges.

We are located in the Hanover Medical Centre. Sessions are offered Monday to Thursday from 8am to 9pm. The duration and frequency of sessions will depend on the client’s needs.
